Webinar and Learning Management System (LMS) adoption: I have been involved in numerous initiatives where web-based learning has expanded in adoption. I continually seek creative ways to facilitate the use of good technology, and foster community.
Advancing instructional design strategies: My focus has been to reduce project development and revision times, while expanding the use of tools for engagement. I have teamed on projects that showcase many different methods of course design for the corporate and the non-profit sectors.Quality teaching/training: I’m an advocate for formal evaluation of the design/ development process as well as post-facilitation phase of training products.
Community Activities: Treasurer (Kitchener-Waterloo Toastmasters Club), avid X-country skier, soccer coach and runner.
